Factory Flooring Design Center was incorporated in May of 2004 in the small town of Lake Point, Utah. Richard Ure began selling carpet out of a construction trailer in the parking lot of our current location while he also managed the construction of our showroom and warehouse. He continued to sell and manage installations while also managing the building construction for the next year. He worked around the clock most days making sure everything went well in all aspects of the new business. Blood, sweat, and tears only begin to describe his experience in this process.
